• Each house is supplied with a phone. You will be charged for the amount you use.
• Solid fuel for Fire. Complimentary.
• Electric is included in price.
• Oil for Heating is complimentary but excessive use will result in charging per litre.
• Barbeques are communal and available for everyone at no charge; however guests must book a time so that everyone has a fair use of facility. Charcoal not provided.
